 In his own words:

"The nature of our daily existence is written on our physiques; the imprint of our lifestyles can be seen by our posture, gait, carriage, and attitudes. I have a passion for allowing others to regain what was lost by neglect, stress and injuries.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist , myofascial Integrative Bodyworker, clinical exercise specialist, Human Movement Specialist I have helped countless individuals overcome major injuries to
lead healthy lives once again. Each client receives personal attention and a unique,
blended program built from my knowledge and experience. No program can be
successful unless it is built with the individual’s likes and dislikes in mind. I take great
pride in my ability to challenge and motivate my clients to help them acquire a deeper
awareness of their bodies and life."

Zhanna meets every client in an attentive and caring way. Her approach to massage is holistic with attention focused on the concerns of the client. Zhanna uses firm and fluid techniques in her massages to promote relaxation and therapeutic effects.
